1. Only the first rider needs to check in at the start.
2. At this time, companion riders, as long as they are registered as part of the team, are permitted.

1. Does everyone in the team have to check in at the start line, or can folks just meet at their exchange site to avoid driving all the way to the start.. (we are from Asheville).
2. If one of our teammates wants to go an extra leg with another teammate (but not as the official "racer" for that leg) is that ok? Just as a companion rider....
