Registration Opens: March 1, 2008
Early Registration Closes: June 19, 2008 (postmarked)
Early Substitutions/Additions Closes: June 19, 2008 (postmarked)
Late Registration Closes: Friday, July 18, 2008 (received or at packet pick-up)
The team captain will receive confirmation of the team's acceptance/denial within one week of receipt of your

The event is limited to the first 400 teams. A team must be composed of 1 - 8 cyclists.
Early Registration Team Entry Fee
8 cyclists - One check, $200, made payable to the Black and Blue
4 cyclists - One check, $140, made payable to the Black and Blue
2 cyclists - One check, $90, made payable to the Black and Blue
1 cyclist - One check, $75, made payable to the Black and Blue
Mix-a-Roo - One check, $45 per cyclist, made payable to the Black and Blue
Substitutions/Additions: Free
Late Registration Team Entry Fee
8 cyclists - One check, $300, made payable to the Black and Blue
4 cyclists - One check, $210, made payable to the Black and Blue
2 cyclists - One check, $135, made payable to the Black and Blue
1 cyclist - One check, $112.50, made payable to the Black and Blue
Mix-a-Roo - One check, $67.50 per cyclist, made payable to the Black and Blue
Substitutions/Additions: $10 per substitution/addition
